Deliveries - Shipping - Packaging
Delivery is sent by Swiss Post or DPD. Postage costs are at the expense of the customer and delivery is usually made within 1 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday only) after receipt of payment. All information on delivery times is non-binding and without guarantee. They may change at any time and without notice. The risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the goods are dispatched. If an item ordered by you is not available or not available in the quantity requested by you, we are entitled to release ourselves from the contractual obligation to deliver. At the same time, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability and to reimburse any monetary consideration already received without delay.dogprofessionals GmbH accepts no liability for transport damage. These must be claimed from the respective transport company
Shipping costs/packaging/delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered.
The system recalculates the shipping costs/packaging/delivery costs for each order and declares the amount in the shipping costs incl. VAT section.
Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland.

Request your personal discounts from us, we will set up a personal login for you and the discounts assigned to you will be displayed directly on the products.
Dealers receive an identification ID and are served directly via the system in accordance with the agreements.
